What does "invoices in active chasing at once" mean?

It's the number of invoices being chased at the same moment — not a monthly allowance. An invoice counts from the day it becomes overdue until it is paid or handed over. When it's paid, the slot frees up straight away, so over a year you can chase far more invoices than your limit.

What happens if I reach my limit?

Invoices above your limit are still tracked, with their deadlines, but aren't chased until a slot frees up. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately.

How does the success fee work?

When your customer pays through a Nemexio payment link, the money goes straight into your Stripe account and the success fee (5%, 4% or 3% depending on your plan) is deducted from that payment, on top of Stripe's own processing fees. It is calculated on the amount actually paid by card, charged once per payment, and VAT is added where it applies. If the payment is refunded in full, the success fee is refunded too. Payments made by bank transfer or any other way carry no success fee.

Is the Snapshot plan really free?

Yes. Snapshot has no time limit and needs no card. It covers manual entry, statutory deadlines and your retention register. Automatic reminders and accounting sync start with Solo.

Question 5

My accountant manages my books. Who pays?

Accepted Answer

You do, for your own plan. Accountants and bookkeepers never pay Nemexio: they get a free consolidated view of the clients who invite them, and earn a commission on each client they refer.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
